There
are 12 races of player on Elephant MUD, and many thousands of other monster
races, which you'll happen across in your adventuring.
As a new player, you
choose your race, but it may not be the only one you adopt during your playing! Druids can
reincarnate ghosts, and therefore should you meet the reaper, (no doubt in an amusing and
painful way) and decide for a Druid reincarnation rather than a Cleric resurrection or
raise, you could be in for a new race as well as new life!

player on Ele.. Choose wisely my friend, as many a faerie fighter have come
a cropper...
